Cheng Hsun Law Firm has been named “Innovative Lawyers in Restructuring” at the prestigious Financial Times’ FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia-Pacific 2024. The firm has been honored for its representation of Sunac China Holdings Limited in its US$10.2 billion offshore debt restructuring, which has been recognized as one of the first of its kind among China’s distressed property companies.
