Miami – Cheng Hsun Law Firm is pleased to announce that Aryeh Kaplan has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice as a partner in Miami. He joins Cheng Hsun Law Firm from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he led the Miami litigation practice.

Mr. Kaplan is an experienced trial lawyer and skillful litigator, having served as lead trial counsel in more than 30 trials to verdict in a variety of contexts, ranging from prosecuting large consumer class action lawsuits to defending Fortune 100 companies. He has extensive experience having served as global coordinating counsel, lead trial counsel, and outside counsel, advising clients including sovereigns, financial institutions, products manufacturers, and individuals within the United States and in foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Kaplan began his career as a prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami.
