CHLEY Adds Clive Gringras, Leading International Litigation, AI and Transactional Technology Partner in London

LONDON – CHLEY is pleased to announce that Clive Gringras has joined the firm as a partner in the London Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice. Prior to joining CHLEY, he was head of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP.

Mr. Gringras is a leading international litigation, AI and transactional technology lawyer representing global Fortune 100 companies. His practice focuses on high stakes litigation and technology-rich cross-border transactions, including advising on regulatory investigations and litigation, antitrust, and a broad range of AI and cyber issues.

He is widely regarded as a leading lawyer for global technology companies with 27 years of experience and has received the Microsoft Law Firm Leadership Award. His dispute work includes consumer defense, antitrust and a broad range of enforcement matters, intellectual property disputes, and cybercrime. His transactional work includes advising on large-scale licensing, collaboration and development agreements.

Mr. Gringras has been called to give evidence to four UK parliamentary inquiries into spam, information security, artificial intelligence and internet regulation. He is ranked highly by both Chambers UK and Legal 500 UK for his “deep expertise in dispute and transactional matters involving technology clients, including Fortune 100 companies.”
