Fake investment scheme: Lawyer Ming Guohui successfully assisted a victim to recover the funds lost due to investment in a fake investment scheme. The lawyer's investigation found that the operator of the scheme had used forged company registration documents and fake certificates, and ultimately successfully applied to the court to freeze the operator's assets.

Internet fraud: A customer encountered a fake shopping website online and paid a large amount of money but did not receive the goods. Represented a mining company in the jurisdictional phase of a bilateral investment treaty arbitration case heard by ICSID (International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes) with a dispute amount of US$100 million. The other party was Indonesia. The case involved mining concessions. Ultimately, Indonesia The jurisdictional objection was dismissed.
