Financing project experience

Represented a group of lenders, including a Japanese commercial lender, in providing $1 billion for the world's largest commercial post-combustion carbon capture facility in Texas, sponsored by a U.S. company and a Japanese energy company USD financing support. Represented a Singaporean lender in the US$140 million holding company refinancing of an Indonesian agribusiness group.

Represented a French lender in two yen-denominated syndicated corporate loans to a U.S. aviation leasing company.

Represented an international investment bank in its acquisition of two non-performing (mezzanine) acquisition debts owed by a subsidiary of a U.S. private equity fund company.

Represented a Japanese lending consortium in providing US$980 million in holding company-level financing to a Japanese trading company for its investment in a deepwater drillship. The drillship was chartered to Brazilian counterparties through various back-to-back innovative arrangements. *Includes projects participated in before joining Chengxun.
