Attorney Lin Yiliang focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring of solvent companies, and corporate consulting. He has represented Asian clients in acquisitions and majority and minority investments across a wide range of industries, including technology and healthcare.

Before joining Chengxun, he worked at a leading Southeast Asian law firm.

Represented Stonepeak in its preferred equity investment in AGP Sustainable Real Assets, a Singapore-based global infrastructure and real asset developer and operator whose assets include a number of data centers

Represented Xenith IG, a dark fiber network infrastructure platform founded by DigitalBridge and Columbia Capital, in various acquisitions in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Represented KKR in its Series C investment in GrowSari, a Philippine business matching e-commerce platform.

Represented ChrysCapital, a leading investment firm in India, in its acquisition of Results CX, a customer experience company that works with many Fortune 100 and 500 companies around the world, from One Equity Partners.

Represented Hillhouse Capital in its bid for Eu Yan Sang, Asia’s leading traditional Chinese medicine retailer and manufacturer.

Represented Jungle Ventures, CerraCap Ventures and CapHorn in the sale to Proofpoint of Singapore-based deep tech company Dathena Science, which specializes in providing data privacy and security solutions driven by artificial intelligence.

Represented Rainmaking in the sale of its Asia Pacific venture capital construction and start-up business, including operations in Singapore, Japan and South Korea, to consulting firm Bain & Company.

Represented a leading Singapore telecommunications company in its successful sale of a cybersecurity company to an indirect subsidiary of a Singapore-based global investment company for approximately S$133 million.

Represented a Japanese multinational conglomerate in its successful acquisition of a leading big data and artificial intelligence company in the furniture technology market in Asia.

Represented a Japanese-listed diversified company in its successful minority investment in a Singaporean flavor company with operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Represented Singapore Economic Development Board Investment (EDBI) in Automera’s Series A financing. Automera is a company developing autophagy-targeting chimeric small molecules (AUTACs).
